For everyone who has been asking for My leg workouts see below! I do high reps and low weight, I also do full body everyday. I think this gives you longer, leaner, more defined (instead of bulky) legs. I do the bike, elliptical, stair climber and treadmill every day for 10-15 min each (10 if Im doing all 4, 15 if Im only doing 3) As for the exercises below I pick a combination of 3-4 different ones everyday!
