For everyone who messaged me within the last hr asking why I was attacking Debbie Coulter. 1 I was not attacking her I was explaining the law and offered to help the kitty and 2 this is my reason. This is Ripley my 2 yr old mini Maine coon whom I rescued off the street when she was a few weeks old. She is my baby. When she was a little over a year old my sitter accidentally let her out and she ran off. She hadnt been fixed yet because she was an indoor cat and I felt no need. She was returned a month and a half later by someone whom had purchased her from her rescuer and saw my flyers, he had spent $150 on her so I gave him the money back and was informed that she had been bred by her rescuers full size Maine. I was terrified that the kittens would be to big but couldnt bring myself to abort. When she went into labor she jumped into bed with me at 2am and laid on my chest and licked me till I woke up. She had four healthy kittens that found amazing homes and we lived happily ever after. The point of this story is a good Samaritan thought they were in the right by bringing her in and feeding her but in reality they could have cost her, her life, and separated her from her mommy. PLEASE I beg you DO NOT just take a stray in and keep them and look for posts see none and figure they have no family. PLEASE follow the proper steps to locate their families. There is nothing worse than but knowing the fate of your lost furbaby.
