For my Palo Alto friends: I am a member of Pegasus a writing group for doctors at Stanford University and today, Thursday Jan 23, four of us will do a reading at the Stanford Cantor Art Museum auditorium at 5:30pm which is open to the public. Ill be reading one of my new stories called, Show some class for your kids. It would be great to have you there. Ive been working on a volume of stories ever since I finished my Spinoza novel and have now finished my tenth and last story. Ill do a couple of months of editing and then send it to the publisher - it will come out in a year with the title (I think) of Creatures of a day a quote from Marcus Aurelius, the Roman philosopher, which plays a role in one of the stories.
