For myself, there is no other cardio that I love more than an hour of spin! Cooling down to Metallica after a long sweat fest this morning! Here is a two song still that I love to do! I use two fast tempo songs... 1. 4 intervals of 20 second seated push, 10 seconds slower pace...adding tension after each interval to simulate going up a hill climb. 2. Standing run up a hill with some tension for 90 seconds. 3. 4 more 20 on/10 off intervals pushing and removing a bit of tension after each one, simulating a gradual hill decline. 4. 90 second seated sprint to bring it Home!!!
