For sale or trade: 1972 Camaro Z28 – REAL Z28 Survivor Car - TopicsExpress

For sale or trade: 1972 Camaro Z28 – REAL Z28 Survivor Car with original LT-1 350 engine (rebuilt & modified), original close ratio Muncie M22 4 speed transmission, original 10 bolt posy rear axle, original front and rear seats (recovered), original Z28 wheels. New Cowl Induction Hood, New Brake Booster & Master Cylinder, New Calipers & Pads (turned rotors), New Stainless Steel Brake Lines, New Body to axle/caliper rubber lines, New brake cylinders & shoes (complete rebuild including brake springs & emergency brake cables), New ball joints, New tie rods, New High Performance control arm bushings (upper & lower), New Hotchkiss front coil springs (lowers car nose 2 ½”), New High Performance Sway Bar bushings (front and rear), New High Performance leaf spring bushings and mounts (rear), New shocks (front & rear). I also have original flat hood, extra doors, extra trunk w/ spoiler & various other pieces for the car. This is an extremely rare car, with Chevrolet’s Norwood Plant (which produced all Z28’s) going on strike for almost half of the year in ’72. This made 1972 the lowest Z28 production year with the exception of its first year (’67). With the total production of ’72 Z28’s amounting to 2575, that number drops to less than 800 Z28’s produced with the M22 Muncie 4 speed transmission (I can only imagine how many still exist). This is not a completely restored or new car, nor am I asking or expecting a price which such a car would demand. This is a drivable project car that I was restoring as I could afford. I have spent a lot of money and time on this car but just haven’t had remaining time or money to complete. I will consider trades (NO JUNK) for a daily driver car, truck or jeep of equal or lesser value (with cash on top). Over 12k invested, Serious Inquiries Only. Located in Iron Station, North Carolina.
