For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Every year I had to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical treat. That’s miserable memories. But all the unbearable memories will never turn up again for I have got out of it. My old sickness doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I do yoga half an hour every day, extruding my legs and arms, moving neck, twirling waist and relaxing everyday pressure. I do recognize that yoga have mould a new me not only on configuration but the mental state that I am more optimistic than before.
