For ten years, I had been afflicted by the severe cervical spondylosis. Annually I had to live in hospital a period of time to receive physical therapy. That’s unbearable reminiscence. But all the unbearable recall will never come again for I have got rid of it. My old illness doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I do yoga half an hour day in and day out, extruding my legs and arms, turning neck, twirling waist and releasing daily pressure. I do acknowledge that yoga have shaped a new me not only on shape but the mindset that I am more optimistic than before.
