Make sure your hands are positioned beneath your shoulder, tighten your core and fold your body in and out. 2. Bicycles 20reps. Be sure to raise your shoulder blades off the floor, and rotate meeting elbow to opposite knee. Chin pointing upward. 3. Leg raises. Place your hands right beneath your bum, straighten your legs, tighten your core, and lift up 20 reps. 4. Toe touch crunches. Keppchin raised to.the sky, straighten legs upward and reach for your toes raising shoulder blades from floor. Remember to breathe deep throughout your sets and maintain good form the way I demonstrated/explained it!
