For the 6th in a row the National Center for distinguished students is preparing to open its doors in front of the outstanding students in Syria. For this purpose the 1st phase of tests started for those wishing to enroll in the center. Mnister of Education in the caretaker government Dr Hazwan Al Wez toured the test-centers & listened to the views of some of the students about the tests. The students confirmed their intention to move forward & pass the 1st stage of the test in order to reach the 2nd phase of a multi-intelligence tests & then to get to 3rd phase in which the students will be interviewed at the University of Damascus & would undergo evaluation of their behavior & the degree of their adjustment in the new environment. The National Center for outstanding students which was founded in 2008 under a legislative decree is a further evidence of the government’s care & support for the outstanding people preparing them to be beacons of knowledge & science in their country.
