If you are slow in recitation then we can make it more easy Insha Allah. distribute a Juz(Paara) in 5 parts and read one part after or before each prayer in a day. For the sisters: You can follow the same way as we have but it would be better if you make 1 and a half or 2 Juz in a day to complete the whole Quran! Make some time for Quran. You can also suggest!
