For the longest time I havent attended church, or went inside any sanctuary of worship until now. I was summoned to evaluate and manage this young fellow who vomited lots of blood and was about to faint while joining Sunday school. Wearing my third world tattered shorts and having that scary just-got-out-of-bed look, I arrived at the scene and immediately recognized the patient as this guy who sought consult at the clinic just the other day. Well hello there Mr. far advanced TB. Didnt I tell you to go to the hospital for continued medical intervention and to avoid crowded places prior to treatment? I am sure that the sermon this morning will anyhow end up like the physicians advice, taken lightly and ignored. Wicked. Oh well, goin back to sleep now...
