For the record everyone Rays bed time routine has started promptly at 9pm. All tvs and electronics are off. The lights are off all over the house as well. Even my cell phone is on dim that Im using to type this message yet Ray is completely wired up! I have a really nice stereo playing soft music and yet he still cant seem to settle down. Last nights bedtime was 1:30am, and all this week hes been up past 1am. School starts for me Monday and I have got to do something for my Ray he has real issues with sleep. Melatonin is not effective. I hate the winter months.........he really sleeps better after running in the park after school. Thinking a family gym membership may help.
