For those keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Bertha & how it will impact their vacation plans, so far it looks like its staying fairly weak & mainly producing a lot of rain. The eastern side of the Domincan Republic has been getting a soaking, as has Puerto Rico and its possibly heading towards the Bahamas now. Many Caribbean islands have been very short on rain this year, so hopefully this will just give them some much needed rain without any damage.
