For those of us who were blessed to know Jim Conklin, his memorial services are set for this weekend. JC was truly a great man and will be dearly missed by family, loved ones and friends. JC and his wife, Lori, joined me and our Florida 2 Million Bikers to DC group in Miami back in July to rally for the release of Sgt Andrew Tahmooressi. JC also spearheaded a local veteran biker rally back in August to raise funds for Andrews legal defense fund. JC was a good friend, great husband, loving father, great American Patriot, U.S. Marine veteran, Chaplain of the Leathernecks Motorcycle Club and fellow biker. JC lost his life this past Sunday morning enroute to the Battle For Fallujah 10-year Memorial Ride benefiting the Marine Support Network. Heaven has gained an extraordinary angel on two wheels.
