For those of you flying United-by necessity or by choice-I share my complaint to the airline, in the hope that others can avoid an United Airways experience: I want to share with you todays experience with the so-called United Airways airline, traveling from Chittagong to Dhaka: after a 30min delay-a daily custom-I get on an ancient, screeching, rusty aircraft and I am welcomed by a heavy stench,which seems to go along with all United planes. I try not to breathe and walk towards my seat-full with crumbs and pieces of food everywhere on and under it; I try to ignore that too, but I just catch a glimpse of the dirt trails dripping from above the seat, along the walls and the luggage compartment-a blend of musty damp, altered food and stale sludge. Just when I think things cant possibly get any worse, COCKROACHES start crawling in from everywhere, in all shapes and sizes! Are you freaking serious?? cockroaches?? In the hope that I never have to set foot in one of your aircrafts ever again, I wish you good luck in your future endeavors of finding customers who will not complain about the United conditions to all their friends and acquaintances- for sure I am not one of them!
