For those of you keeping score at home, Warners Stellian is coming AGAIN this morning to fix the refrigerator. Yes, boys and girls, it is STILL NOT FIXED! This has been going on since JUNE! Thermador has gratuitously thanked me for my patience. They have now replaced the condenser, the control panel, and several other apparently unrelated parts. During the last inspection (October 2), the repairman removed the entire top panel of the fridge upon Thermadors tech lines suggestion. And, behold, (after all that), the heater that kicks in to combat condensation had MELTED the entire insulation (looks like Styrofoam but much heavier) and there were cracks in the collection pan. So, now we replace all that. At least Thermador is now covering all labor and parts. Remember the Maytag ad about THE REFRIGERATOR and how the house cant function without THE REFRIGERATOR? Yeah. Tell me about it. Stay tuned!
