For those of you that know my Mother ; you will appreciate this. Having our daily conversation and she asked me if I have seen a program that she is watching as we talk. I asked her what the program is and she is like; sy. GUI I was like; mother do you mean the channel scifi? No Dee its a program, I am watching it now and see it on the screen. Mother; thats a channel; the science fiction channel. Well what is the sci GUI Dee ?. My sister gets on the phone and tells me if she had on her glasses; she would know thats a channel.:) We talk about our soap; days of our lives and how shes missed it and I tell her I have too but she can watch it on the computer a day after without commercials.. But Dee, what channel is that channel on? Mother , its on the computer. Yes, but what channel is the channel?. We are laughing pretty hard by now as I end the conversation with my sister and hang up. I didnt know they were on two phones and apparently Mother didnt know I hung up and continued to talk thinking it was me on the other phone instead of my sister and when realizing asked where I was. I ADORE this woman and she has been my life line. Everybody knows us in our little world of which she and I live and if there was anybody else in this world I was going to share that pea pod with; I would choose no other than she. We are sooooooo 2 peas in a pod this way but she has taught me so very much and the gift of laughing. Thank you ole girl. I am so PROUD to call you my mother and am blessed beyond what anyone could ever hope for in a parent. I will keep falling in those holes, running into those walls, losing those glasses that are on my head, forgetting where I put my keys that were just in my hand and do it with a HUGE smile in my heart knowing that these traits I share with one that has won over hearts and touched so very many lives unconditionally just by being herself; no more or less.
