For those of you traveling to the Desert Southwest for New Years Eve youll want to prepare for winter driving conditions. A strong winter storm is expected to form over Southern California and will impact the desert southwest and Great Basin New Years Eve. Snow is currently expected in Las Vegas with this storm. This same system will bring COLD air to southwest Idaho and southeast Oregon.
