For those who continue to express concern over the name of this group and the logo. Know that the logo will be changing soon to have both names the same font size. Please hold tight. As for the name, from early on in this group, we wanted to change the name to No Prison In Saratoga or Eagle Mountain. Facebook will not allow name changes once your group reaches 250 people. I myself am an Eagle Mountain resident (so as the person who created the logo and group, rest assured you have me on your side) and had Troy Cunningham and I known of a second site or the real impacts of the first site at the time of creating this group, it would be called No Prison in Saratoga or Eagle Mountain. It was only originally named what it was because the news erroneously reported the north site as in SS, rather than it being between SS and EM on county land. This affects all of us and we are dedicated to fighting against the prison being relocated anywhere near or within Saratoga OR Eagle Mountain. This group is well organized thanks to a lot of great SS and EM residents and is dedicated to fighting the prison at the north site as well as the south site. We are stronger together than separately, so lets make sure we dont wall ourselves off from each other. We are allies with a common goal. Both sites affect both of us. Lets just stay positive and wall out the new prison instead.
