For those who say that its not fair to blame black culture for what has been going on in St. Louis, may I offer in evidence gangsta rap, Malcolm X, the New Black Panthers, Al Sharpton and his murderous hoaxes, and, most especially Spike Lees Do the Right Thing--a perfect bookend to D.W. Griffiths Birth of a Nation. After Spike Lees despicable little movie has been repudiated by most blacks, then we can talk about whether black culture is the root cause of future riots like weve watched this week and have watched way too many times in the past. Lets not forget that Spike Lee is also the idiot who tweeted out George Zimmermans address to his quarter million followers, except, oops, he tweeted the wrong address. Hes had to pay off the people he incited violence against, but was never criminally charged. Is there anyone who doesnt think he should have been?
