For us to be free we must return what is not ours (the person) to get back what is ours (our inheritance). If you must go to court, then whatever offer was made to you by the other party must be accepted, dated, signed, and returned to the person that gave it to you. In court when your name is called, recite the following using your first and middle name only stating the following: "They call me Douglas Joseph, I am here by special appearance only, not general. I reserve all rights at all times, without prejudice. I am not here to argue any facts. I am here to settle this matter today, right now." Do not get tricked in to "arguing" anything with anyone...including the judge because he will try. Avoid any conflict and simply accept everything they are accusing you of but "reserve" all your rights FIRST without prejudice. If the judge says to you, "so Mr. Herich, does this mean that you are admitting guilt?" My response: "If you say so." This freaks the court out and all of them will panic, immediately. I have not tested this out yet but someone has...more than once. This confirms that God, our creator is the ONLY one that can guarantee the unalienable rights we were born with. This was my epiphany and it was something I learned from The book of Luke: Chapter 23...can anyone tell me how the 2 are linked?
