For years the unwritten rule in politics is you dont put up a serious candidate against him ... I will not put up a serious candidate against her..you dont hurt his chances and we will not hurt your chances so on and so forth ..So effectively the top 20% of all parties the big decision makers remain the same due to this tacit understanding. Unless this cozy club relationships are ended we will remain where we are with development at the rate of 0.00001 % which anyway would have happened !!
