Forgiveness is always a hard thing to be good at. Yet its something we are always faced with in life. Sometimes you have to experience incredibly shit things and feel like you are never ever ever ever going to forgive someone..just to find out that you can..and that everything else seems so easy to in comparison. I dont believe in hate, often the problem we are faced with is not that we hate a person, but that we cannot forgive a person for the hurt or offense theyve caused. Occasionally it is even that they remind us of ourself and our own madness or badness and project our inner resentment onto them cos its easier. Or certain ppl have similar behaviours to that of someone we cant forgive and transfer it to someone new who we feel less resentment to..in the hope we can understand why and forgive them, then perhaps well do that with the originals. Every new one is affected by the last. But theres something strangely comforting about that for me. Maybe because Ive noticed everyone I have cared for has went on to find someone who really loves them..Or at least get closer everytime they look for love. I like that. Makes me feel like Im doing something right with ppl. :)
