Found something on my computer screen tonight. I do not have - TopicsExpress

Found something on my computer screen tonight. I do not have permission to share, but Im sharing:) Once upon a time, in Tacoma, Washington, there was a nice family of seven. First there was the father (of course), then the mother, their eleven-year-old daughter, Brindy, their nine-year-old twins, Brian and Katy, their six-year-old daughter, Natalie and their one-year-old son, Nathan. They were known as the Bates family. The mother’s name was Cyndi and the father’s name was Brandon. That’s how Brindy got her unique, only-one-in-the-universe name. You see, her parents joined their names together and that’s what they ended up with. Brindy, what a beautiful name! Anyway, Brindy loved to read! And her favorite chapter book series was Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. She would read the book first and then once she finished it, she would get to watch the movie. But she had felt reality in these books, because she had a secret. You will find out her secret if you go on, because this… is her story. She was ten years old, and she had finished the fifth book a few months ago, but she did not want to get the sixth book from the school library or the public library, either. She wanted instead, to own it. So she wanted it for her eleventh birthday. Then, her sister, Katy, started the series. So, on the night before her birthday, she read the first book to Katy. Then, as midnight drew near, she knew she would soon be eleven. It was just so, that she was at the part where Harry was also turning eleven. And just before midnight, she read the countdown. She did not know that if she read the words, “One! Happy birthday, Harry!” Exactly at midnight she would plunge into the story and it would become real-life. So she just read on and, exactly that, of which I have spoken, happened. She had just finished speaking the words when, all of a sudden, her bedroom window burst open and an extremely fierce wind raced around her room as loud and strong as a hurricane, although it was the middle of June. Then everything began to spin, different shapes and colors whizzed past her, blinding her for a moment. She was scared to death; she closed her eyes, praying it would stop. Then, just as soon as it began, it all came to an abrupt, jerking halt. Brindy nearly had a half-digested fuel eruption exiting out of her mouth. (Eeeewwww!!!) But instead she gasped. She was sitting on the dirt floor of the little cabin the Dursleys and Harry were sleeping in! She was right behind Harry, who was lying on the ground, blowing out the sand candles on a cake he had drawn in the sand. She gasped again, this time rather loudly because Harry wheeled around, apparently frightened by the noise. “ Who are you?” He asked.
