Fox is reporting that the grand jury decision in NY should be in soon regarding the death of Eric Garner and whether to indict that officer (dont support him, therefore dont know his name). The Ferguson grand jury made the correct decision, lets hope the NY one does and puts this officer up for indictment. Arguable whether Garners death was a direct result of the chokehold or had more to do with being in poor physical condition. Either way Im sure it didnt help and use of chokeholds is barred from use within that department.
