Thank you.] Re: Freedom of Information Act Request Dear Sir/Madam: I am making a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Office of the Attorney General of the United States in regard to information that the United States government has gathered about me as a perceived national security threat in relation to my repeated calls as a journalist, political writer and political activist (and as the founder of the political activism organization, the 21st Century Christian Enlightenment Movement) for the overthrow of the president of the United States Mr. Barack Obama by the United States military and the establishment of a temporary, transitional military administration in America. I make this FOIA request with regard to the following kinds of information about me collected by the Office of the Attorney General of the United States and other pertinent branches and departments of the United States government: -- Information and records that the Office of the Attorney General of the United States and other pertinent branches and departments of the United States government collected about me as a perceived security threat or instigator for the overthrow of President Obama. -- Information and records that the Office of the Attorney General of the United States and other pertinent branches and departments of the United States government gathered about me in my capacity as a political activist. -- Information and records that the Office of the Attorney General of the United States and other branches and departments of the United States government gathered about me in my capacity as a writer in general and political writer in particular. -- Information regarding the Office of the Attorney General of the United States assessment of me as a perceived security threat and instigator for the overthrow of President Obama. -- Information regarding the Office of the Attorney General of the United States assessment of me as a political activist. -- Information regarding the Office of the Attorney General of the United States assessment of me as a political writer. It may be necessary to provide some background information relating to this FOIA request. Since around 2008/2009 I have made repeated public and media calls for the United States military to bloodlessly overthrow President Barack Obama of the United States and his government and to establish a temporary, transitional military administration that will undertake a comprehensive constitutional and political reform of the United States before handing power back again to the civilian leaders in the reformed system. I made these calls for the bloodless overthrow of President Obama through media statements that I sent by email to hundreds of media organizations in the United States and worldwide. In addition, I called for the overthrow of President Obama by sending multiple messages via email -- that were replied to and acknowledged by the recipients -- to associations of retired U.S. military veterans and patriot organizations and militia groups. Further, I used several books that I wrote (whose short titles include Nuclear Armageddon, Patriarchy Restored, Armageddon Prefigured, etc) which I emailed in ebook forms to multiple media organizations in the United States, patriot and militia groups, military veterans associations and other groups calling for the United States military to overthrow President Obama. Moreover, I also used email and the contact forms on their websites to contact and urge the commanders, officers and men of the United States military in all its branches (the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marines, etc) to mobilize and overthrow what I regarded as the lawless Obama administration whose lawless rule was threatening to bring the nation to imminent and irreversible decline and collapse. Following my repeated calls via these multiple channels for the overthrow of President Obama, I voluntarily turned myself in at the offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Los Angeles on March 19, 2010. I informed the Federal Bureau of Investigation of my calls for the overthrow of President Barack Obama. The FBI officer who interviewed me asked me some questions regarding my calls for the overthrow of President Obama, and told me at the end of the questioning that the FBI and its attorneys would look into the matter. Subsequently, while I was domiciling because of homelessness at a Christian retreat center known as U-TURN For Christ, Perris, California headed by Pastor Gerry Brown, two officers of the United States Secret Service, a Caucasian male and Caucasian female, came to the retreat center for me. They asked the centers staff for me, and questioned me inside one of the halls of the retreat center. They posed questions at me, including why I called for the overthrow of President Obama and if I wanted him to be harmed or assassinated. I replied to their questioning, providing answers as to why I called for the overthrow of President Obama. In consequence of their deeming me a potentially grave security risk that could help to ignite a revolution in the United States and trigger the overthrow of President Obama, the United States government through its intelligence and law enforcement agencies put me under 24-hour video surveillance using either drones or military and non-military satellites that tracked me every single moment of each 24-hour day and whose camera and video systems had the capability to see through walls, roofs, buildings and other physical materials. Not only did the United States government through its intelligence and law enforcement agencies subject me to such a comprehensive and relentless video camera surveillance, it also supplied feeds of this 24-hour video surveillance of me which were made available and streamed on websites on the Internet, and have been accessed by tens of millions of people in the United States and worldwide who have used them to also monitor me every moment of the day for years. Thus, for many years now I have been subjected to 24-hour video and audio surveillance, monitoring and recording by the United States government through its intelligence and law enforcement agencies, and have had copious amounts video, audio and textual information relating to me collected by the U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies. I make the FOIA request for the following specific reasons, amongst others: -- I need the information relating to this FOIA request for legal defense in some upcoming court cases that will be brought against me -- I need the information relating to this FOIA request as necessary legal resource for some upcoming court cases that I will bring against the President Obama administration, the Secretary for Homeland Security, the Attorney General and other concerned government officials for gross violation of my human rights and the laws and constitution of the United States. -- I need the information relating to this FOIA request as necessary legal resource for upcoming court cases regarding years-long persecution and oppression of me and gross violation of my human rights by people of Mexican and Latin American origin (who have allied with President Obama to keep the US-Mexico border perpetually unsecured and porous and to force through their mass immigration agenda, and who because seeing me as a threat to the survival of the Obama administration and their mass immigration agenda have individually and collectively subjected me to years of unrelenting torture, persecution, oppression, death threats as well as outright attempts to murder me). Quick Side Explanation: People of Mexican and Latino origin see me as a grave threat to their mass immigration agenda in the United States because in many of my media statements that I sent to media organizations and governments and other entities in the US, Mexico, Latin America and worldwide and to US patriot and militia movements and other entities, I coupled my repeated calls for the overthrow of President Obama with a strong and repeated advocacy for the United States to curtail, for security and anti-crime reasons, the anarchic movement of millions of illegal immigrants from Mexico and Latin America into the United States and for the construction of an impregnable barrier along the 2000-mile border between the Unites States and Mexico. And millions of people of Mexican and Latino origin living in America, Mexico, Latin America and elsewhere have for years been aware of my strong and persistent advocacy for a border barrier and immigration control through the 24-hour video monitoring of me by the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the United States and the provision of video feeds of this surveillance on Internet websites accessed by tens of millions of people in America and worldwide, and also through the media statements that I sent to governments, media organizations and different other kinds of organizations in America, Mexico and Latin America that have gone, as they say, viral. Widespread knowledge of my persistent and strong advocacy for the border barrier and immigration control has made to be perceived by Mexicans and Latinos as a foremost enemy to be destroyed, hence their using their influence in the US government and its arms such as the police, the immigrations as well as the mental health system to relentlessly persecute and oppress me and grossly violate my human rights and even seek to murder me. Thus the information relating to the my FOIA request will serve as a necessary legal resource in my court cases with people of Mexican and Latino origin for their years-long persecution and oppression of me and gross violation of my fundamental human rights and their attempts to murder me. -- I need the information relating to this FOIA request in regard to my pending political asylum case with the immigration court in the United States -- I need the information relating to this FOIA request in regard to all other court cases that will most likely arise as a consequences of the aforementioned developments and others.
