Freemasonry and Generational Curses Rev Kathleen Christopher - TopicsExpress

Freemasonry and Generational Curses Rev Kathleen Christopher says that, when praying for healing, you may need to deal with the consequences of family involvement in freemasonry. By involvement in freemasonry, people unwittingly open themselves up to the Enemy. Some of the curses which come upon people because of freemasonry come because people have made vows which in effect mean May these terrible things come upon my family if I dont live up to my Masonic commitments. Other curses come upon them as the consequence of the sin of idolatry which, she suggests, freemasonry involves. It is clear in Scripture that that particular sin brings consequences. Freemasons therefore, without knowing it, are bringing curses down upon themselves and their whole family. Kathleen suggests that negative effects from Masonic involvement can be experienced at a number of levels - physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and relational. There are certain physical ailments that tend to be seen a lot in families with masonic involvement. Those physical ailments often correspond to the oaths that the parent or grandparent (or whoever was the mason in the family) took. For example, Masons take oaths which relate to bowels being cut out. Often you find a corresponding amount of colon cancer and that kind of thing. One of the main areas where Kathleen has seen the physical effects of Masonic involvement is in the area of reproduction - either in terms of infertility problems, repeated miscarriages or infant death. She suggests that that makes perfect sense because, at the heart of it all, the pagan religions that freemasonry has espoused are fertility religions. The original need of humankind was a need for fertility - for themselves and for their crops and herds. So the basis of all pre Judeo-Christian religions was how to appease the gods of nature and procreation and get what you want from them. In the olden days success looked like reproduction - crops and herds. In modern days success is seen in terms of money and freemasonry seeks to draw on those same supernatural sources in order to achieve success in life. Another form of oppression experienced by people which can be related to freemasonry is a problem of seeing things at night. There are many people who experience demonic oppression in this way. It happens a lot with children. Almost every parent who Kathleen has had coming to her saying that their child is not sleeping because they see a dark hooded figure over them, when Kathleen breaks off freemasonry that usually takes care of it. It just doesnt happen again. Kathleen then led her listeners in a Freemasonry renunciation prayer. If one of your family members has been involved in freemasonry you may wish to consider praying it too : Lord Jesus, I come to you as a sinner seeking forgiveness and healing from all sins committed against you by my family lineage. I honour my earthly father and mother and ancestors. But I humbly turn away from and renounce all their sins, especially those which have exposed me to any kind of harmful influence. I forgive all my ancestors for the effects of their sins and ask to be washed clean of their destructive consequences. I renounce and rebuke Satan and every evil power that has affected my family lineage. I renounce and forsake my involvement in all lodges, secret societies, and any other evil craft practised by my ancestors. I denounce all oaths and rituals in every level and degree. I denounce witchcraft, the spirit of the antichrist and the curse of any demonic doctrine. I denounce idolatry, blasphemy and all destructive forms of secrecy and deception. I denounce the love of power, the love of money, and any fears that held me in bondage. I denounce all spiritually binding oaths taken in Freemasonry, Mormonism, the Order of the Amonanth, Oddfellows, the order of Buffaloes, Druids and Foresters lodges, the Ku Klux Klan, the Grange, the Woodmen of the World, Riders of the Red Robe, the Knights of Pythias, the Mystic Order of the Veiled Prophets of the Enchanted Realm, the Womens Orders of Eastern Star and the Bright Shrine of Jerusalem, the Daughter of Eastern Star, the International Orders of Jobs Daughters, the Rainbow Girls, and the boys Order of De Molay and any other secret society along with their destructive effects on me and my family. I denounce the blindfold and hoodwink and any effect they have on my emotions and eyes including all confusion and fears. I denounce the noose around the neck, the fear of choking, and any spirit that causes difficulty in breathing. I denounce the effects of all pagan objects and symbolism, aprons, books of rituals, rings and jewellery. I denounce the entrapping of others and observing the helplessness of others during rituals. I denounce false communion, all mockery of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross, all unbelief, confusion and deception and all worship of Lucifer as a god. I humbly ask your forgiveness Lord Jesus and for your blood to cleanse me of all the sins I have committed. Please purify my spirit, soul, mind, emotions and every other part of my body. Please destroy any evil spirits that have attached themselves to me or my family because of these sins and cleanse us with the fire of your Holy Spirit. I invite you into my heart Lord Jesus and enthrone you as my Lord and Saviour for all eternity. Kathleen gauges the length of the prayer she needs to take someone through according to the indication she has that there is something connected to freemasonry going on in their life. So if shes just trying to be sure that shes covered all the basis but there is no indication, then she will just lead them in a few lines of prayer saying that If any of my ancestors have been involved in freemasonry then I renounce it in the name of Jesus Christ and cut off any connections with it. If she thinks that a little more prayer in depth is necessary she uses the prayer that is set out above. If Kathleen needs to do more than that, then she uses the prayer that is at the back of a book entitled Unto Death by Barbara Cassada (a book Kathleen recommends for further reading). A longer and more detailed renunciation prayer can also be found at isaiah54.org/freemasonry.html It renounces specific oaths taken as part of Masonic rituals. Where does freemasonry come from ? Kathleen explains that there are three phases of freemasonry history. In the first phase freemasonry was simply a labourers guild of stone workers. In the second phase, as time went on there werent as many stonemasons coming into the organisation, and so they opened it up to those who were not tradesmen in the masonry line of work. These latter members were called speculative masons. Over time there were more of these than stonemasons. As freemasonry evolved, it then became entirely composed of speculative masons but it kept all the old symbols that stonemasons had used. It gave all the old stonemason symbols an entirely different meaning. Many of its members at this point were philosophers. In its third phase of development freemasonry became a haven for occultists. These were people who did not fit into the overtly Christian nature of Western society. So the spiritually dangerous aspect of freemasonry has only occurred in this third phase of its development. A whos who of occultism became involved in shaping freemasonry into what it is today. One of those was Albert Pike who claimed that freemasonry is the uninterrupted inheritor of ancient religions and their secret knowledge. What are the issues ? Freemasons will tell you that it is not a religion and that its just a social club dedicated to doing good works. However Kathleen suggests theres more to it than that. There is a whole process of secretive rituals involved in freemasonry. Indeed masons swear an oath that they will have their tongues cut out if they reveal these secrets. In these initiation rites they are making vows and oaths to pagan gods. (And of course our God says Thou shalt have no other gods before me.) The theology of freemasonry comes out of the ancient mystery and fertility religions. Freemasonry sought to revive these old religions that had been overtaken by Christianity. That was why it was such a hospitable place for the occultists to join in the 19th century. Occultism is rooted in fertility and magic and making things happen by invoking these spiritual powers. So when people are going through the freemasonry initiation process and taking oaths and vows, they are repeating rituals that go back to pre-Christian religions. Kathleen says that if you talk to a Christian who is involved in freemasonry they will often say Oh it doesnt really mean anything ! Its just like when we were boys and we had a club and a tree-house and we used to swear that we wouldnt let anyone else come in. But as Christians who deal with the supernatural we know that the Enemy doesnt really care whether care what you believe. If you invoke pagan gods, that invites the Enemy into your life and into your whole family line, giving him the right to affect your life and theirs. Freemasons say they are not a religion but they have their own theology. What they teach is that you get into heaven by good works (which is why they do so many good works). They think that they can earn their way into heaven. The method of salvation that they teach is therefore completely opposed to the Christian one which is that we are saved through Christ alone rather than through our own good works. Freemasons will often also say We are not a religion. We honour all religions. However they do make statements in which they state that all religions are the same. The Masonic Encyclopaedia quotes the noted Masonic author Henry Wilson Coil as saying Monotheism violates Masonic principles because it requires belief in a specific type of supreme deity. By all intents and purposes freemasonry is a religion : they have an altar, they have religious rites, they teach a method of salvation. It is therefore a religion and it is one which is in direct contradiction to Christianity. One of the constant themes in freemasonry is pursuit of light. They are very happy to let Christians think that the light that is being referred the same thing we are referring to when we say that Jesus is the light of the world. But it is not until you get up into the higher levels of freemasonry that you discover that they mean Lucifer, the archangel who opposed God and is now known as Satan. Manly P. Hall, a Freemason, wrote : When a mason learns that the key is the proper application of the dynamo of living power he has learned the mystery of his craft. The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hand. Freemasonry is always advertised by masons as just good for networking, and people go into it innocently. But Kathleen suggests they dont know what is really going on until they get to the higher levels of the organisation. Albert Pike, an American Freemason, described how freemasonry intentionally deceives new members and the lower orders of membership as to what is going on :Masonry like all the religions .... conceals its secrets from all except the adepts and sages or the elect and uses false explanations or misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve to be misled. The blue degrees are but the outer court or portico of the Temple. Part of the symbols are displayed there to the initiate but he is intentionally misled by false interpretations. It is not intended that he should understand them but it is intended that he shall imagine that he understands them. Their true explanation is reserved for the adepts, the princes of masonry. So you cant blame people for being deceived, when the organisation theyre going into is intentionally deceiving them.
