Friday 16th May 2014: Max Effort Upper, Accessory & Aerobic Capacity Level 1: - Press 3 x 5 (15mins) - Chinups 3 x 5 or F (10mins) - Individual Accessory Block (15min) Level 2: - 3RM Floor Press - Chinups 3 x 5 - Individual Accessory Block - 6-8min Conditioning Prep Aerobic Capacity* AMRAP in 20min of - 3 Burpee Muscle Ups** - 200m Run - 15 Wallballs - 200m Run - Rest 60secs - Repeat *For Aerobic Capacity piece concentrate on movement efficiency, pacing and breathing throughout. The effort must be sustainable for the entire 20min period **For those without Muscle Ups perform 5 Burpee Pullups instead.
