Mixed in with minced onions, garlic and ginger and served with a side of rice all for $7 a plate. Chicken Adobo: Four chicken drum sticks saturated in the Filipinos secret recipe, lol. Not your typical adobo though, it is sautéed with some green chili to give it a little zing. The plate is served with a slice of Lime for your acquired tastes and one of our famous Lumpia spring rolls. $6 per plate. “Pork Sisig”: Nearly 16 oz of chopped up pork bits that are fried and seasoned with a Filipino seasoning that has a sour taste. Mixed in with minced onions and a few slices of green chilies. Served with a side of rice all for $7 a plate. Next we have our side orders. Casava Cake: One of the most popular and enjoyed home made delicacies in the Philippines. A tropical flavored cake that has no icing on it. The major taste in the cake is of coconuts and sweetness. Dimensions are roughly 7 inches long by 3 inches wide and 1&1/2 inches deep. $6 per plate. Filipino Lumpias: Spring roll wrappers stuffed with ground pork, assorted vegetables and cheese then deep fried to a golden crisp. $10 for a dozen or 25 lumpias for $20.
