Friday is here & what an amazing week its been! Nothing like waking upto REM in the morning, taking a morning swim & have real estate and espresso on my mind. Juggling 4 different deals today and doing it with stride! Its been a great week and going to be an even better weekend! Special props to my great team, the beautiful Denise Baldonado who is my transaction coordinator and always keeps me looking good, to my real estate mentor/broker Chandy Andre , to Hallie Packard / Christopher Dale my committed escrow relationship and to Ryan Raphael, the best title rep in Socal , craft beer enthusiast and great friend.
