Fridays WOD: Blue Falcon Barbell Complex (Do this with a friend)* 5 Rounds for Time of 5 Front Squats (135/95#) 4 Shoulder to Overhead 3 Back Squats 2 Shoulder to Overhead 1 Front Squat *The bar starts on the floor. For every time you drop the bar during the complex your friend has to do 5 burpees at the end of the WOD (i.e. If you drop the bar 10 times your friend has a cash out of 50 burpees). You can drop the bar between rounds without penalty. If you do this on your own then the penalty is yours.
