Friends - be mindful of what you put in your body. If you are going to try out a supplement to help you lose weight, look at the ingredients!!! Just because someone has lost weight on it does not mean it is good for you! Is it worth risking your health? Here are some things to look out for: 1. Soy! Avoid it like the plague 2. Artificial sweetners - like sucralose (aka Splenda), aspartame, and many others. 3. Artificial flavors or colors. Do your research - I see a lot of people right now that are using stuff that is filled with junk and labeled as natural, healthy, etc.
