Friends, January 30 was a wonderful day for our towns - TopicsExpress

Friends, January 30 was a wonderful day for our towns deer. The East Hampton Town and Village withdrew from the massive deer cull . East Hampton residents demonstrated compassion, and the hard work of all of us paid off. Part of the success was due to the lawsuit that obtained a TRO against the Town and Village. This lawsuit cost money, and we are grateful to those who have already made a donation.I appreciate your generous donations to help defray the cost. However, I must ask again for contributions to pay if off. Please donate what you can afford. Please make checks out to East Hampton Group for Wildlife and send to P.O. Box 2651, Montauk, NY 11954.* Thanks, Bill * Note: Our lawsuit is separate from that by the Wilderness Preservation Coalition of Eastern Long Island, which last week obtained a TRO against the DEC and halted the cull in Southold.
