Friends and family.... Ive seen most of you dump water over your head for this ALS challenge. Last week Barbara and I did it ourselves, and more importantly than dumping water, we are making another donation to the ALS Association toward a cure for this terrible disease. My friend Don Young, that Ive known since Jr High School in 1977 has been writing this blog since shortly after he was diagnosed with ALS two years ago and as I read his update today it seemed fitting to share it with those of you who are interested in knowing more about ALS from someone who is living it. It is a very good blog, and will make you laugh, cry and bring a better understanding.
