Friends who post horrifying photos or video of animal or child abuse or neglect, WHY? Why do you do this? A diversity of beliefs and opinions invariably leads to posting things that offend others or becoming upset by something a friend posts. While I may vehemently disagree with you, I believe you have every right to express yourself however you wish. If I dont like it, too bad, I can comment, scroll on, hide your feed, or unfriend you. You can do the same. When you post photos of the starved and mangled or auto-play videos of abuse in progress, the only thing this accomplishes is to deeply upset and sicken me and others. I love kids and animals as well. Yes, it horrifies me when twisted people do heinous things to them. I dont want to witness it or the gut wrenching results. I dont understand why you want to inflict that horror on me or your other friends. I think that in your outrage, you reshare these things without thinking it through. Ive done that with other subjects with regret later. I would like to see your other posts and shares, whether I agree with them or not, but not photos or video of tormented or tortured kids or animals. If those posts continue, I wont see anything you share anymore.
