From Claire. Hi I was approached by a man when getting out of my car in rock ferry with my little girl, he came walking up to me at about 6.30pm and asked if I had money for petrol and was also holding a petrol can, he was slim build with short hair, my friend has said there was rumours of a man approaching women in Wirral, just wondered if you have had any reports on this, thanks claire. Claire has since looked at the picture we put up the other week of the man who begs locally and she thinks its the same man.
