From: Joanne Seese Jul 1st, 10:55am This is to commend Russell and Shannon for the outstanding service we received at Mishawaka today. Around 11:30 my 96-year-old mother and I stopped by on the way home from a lovely drive in the mountains. I parked temporarily by the entrance and was trying to help Mom up the steps (she uses a cane). Russell came running, introduced himself, and told me to move the car forward and he’d get a ramp. He set up the ramp and took one side of Mom while I took the other and escorted her up the ramp. We went onto the outdoor patio. Although we only ordered an iced tea, Shannon gave us as much attention as if we’d ordered a large meal. Upon leaving, Mom needed to rest at a booth before attempting the descent to the parking lot. Russell appeared again, suggesting he keep Mom company while I went to get the car to bring it to the entrance. He again helped get Mom traverse the ramp. Thank you for such kindness and respect for my Mom From all of us at the Mish, we are happy to have helped make your day a little bit better! :)
