The parents who dont listen to anything but Raffi. The parents who make their kids listen to their Indie Pandora stations. The parents who bring their kids to concerts. The parents who still get babysitters for their 12 year olds. The parents who go to country clubs. The parents who let their kids splash in street rain water. The parents who give their kids Doritos. The parents who make their kids eat vegan. None of these parents change how you parent. Any story you create about these parents is an illusion. An untruth. A reaction to insecurity. Get in your path, be compassionate, and do your thing, parents. Do your thing.
