From Sister Miranda Garza in Idaho: Hi everybody! I hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving. :) I missed you all, but it was actually an OK day. I shall tell you about it later in the email. :) So Monday was a pretty bittersweet day. After emails we went shopping and all that jazz. Zone activity was fun because we combined with like 2 or 3 other zones. Sister K and I hung out with the STLs (Sister W and Sister B) and I love them both soooo much. Awesome sisters. We got ice cream and went to wal mart . :) In the evening we had to get together with the other zones to practice for zone conference (which is this coming Friday). When we were driving to the practice, we got a call from our investigators grandma telling us that they werent going to have us come over anymore. I was pretty bummed and I felt dumb because I wanted to cry, but I kept it together. THEN, when we got out of the car, Sister B had to get out of the car and give me a hug. I actually tried to run away from her because we all know what happens when youre about to cry and somebody hugs you. Lol. Anyways, I was pretty sad the rest of the night, but I got over it..eventually. So anyway, the practice went well. We sang songs and did some other stuff and I think we sounded pretty good by the end of the practice. Tuesday we had district meeting as usual and it was pretty awesome. Elder A (our new district leader) and his companion Elder S are both awesome and they planned a good meeting. Thursday was thanksgiving and we went to the H’s house. I learned how to make banana cream and coconut cream pie and also Lemon-sour cream pie, which sounded so disgusting but it was really awesome. Friday was a fun day. We went on exchanges. I went with Sister B to Rexburg. We spent the day visiting people. They had a few appointments fall through. We visited this less active brother. He was really nice. He asked us to sing a song before we left and that was pretty cool. I love you all and I hope youre all doing ok. I cant believe its December. Pretty crazy! Love, Sister Garza
