From Visayas Coast Guard Commander William Melad on advisory for sea travel: There is no typhoon signal in the region so there is no automatic cancellation. However I have given directives to my stations to give advisories to small crafts and dont hesitate to suspend trips if in their judgment it is not safe to travel. As of now there are now reported voluntary cancellations particularly in Bantayan
