From my friend, Ana Inez Matus: So the question has to do - TopicsExpress

From my friend, Ana Inez Matus: So the question has to do with sitting on a jury to judge someone for something! First, I , as a living entity, in good conscience, do not have the right to judge another living entity. All Life is of GOD (creator, Supreme Power, Higher Power, etc) and can be (and constantly is) judged only by GOD. Humans have built courts and established rules, codes of conduct and laws. Since these have been made by man, they shall be under the scrutiny of man. So when someone sits on a panel of jurors, s/he is there to test the reason-ability, validity and correctness of that law. Then did an action by someone give cause, with knowledge and intent, to go against that particular code of conduct (law) with a result of injury to another party? Today, most people who are incarcerated within the prison industry, correction institution has been eliminated decades ago, are for victimless crimes. There cannot be a crime unless there is a victim! The reason Prohibition was repealed was because INFORMED jurors would not return a conviction for that law. Thus showing that law to be unreasonable, incorrect and not valid. Without getting convictions it was pointless to keep trying that law, so it was repealed. For more information and just to keep it handy on your person, you ought to purchase CITIZENS RULE BOOK Bill of Rights Jury Handbook Whitten Printers (602) 258-6406 1001 South 5th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 whittenprinters or citizensbook There is a warning with the booklet: WARNING: This document may be hazardous to bad laws. Courts may not welcome or approve of these truths, neither are they to be construed as legal advice Therefore, to act on these facts is to do so at your own risk or opportunity/ I hope this is helpful.
