From my youth I had faced this problem because it was in my associations! A good friend helped me with this challenge when we roomed together! Each time I would swear he would hit me in the shoulder and it didnt take too long and the black and blue shoulder to recognize my problem! My friend by the way was not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had been taught by his parents. I thank him for his example to me at the age of 18. It is hard to know that you even do things that you have done from childhood up! Someone or something must be given for one to recognize the problem! Mine was extreme! Yes and Painful!
