From our Nutritional Therapist Tara Gidaly: Feel a little moody, bloated, listless or unfocused? Try to listen to your body. I find it helpful to keep a food journal (be sure to include, mood, headaches, fatigue and digestive changes throughout the day). You will most likely start to see a pattern. This is a very helpful and simple tool to bring to your Nutritional Therapist (like me and have them evaluate it for you. We can help you address any underlying issues and get you feeling great!
