On behalf of the Freedom Party, I want to express our condolences, and send our prayers to the families and friends of our dear Brothers Seydou Njoya and Leroy Williams who have made their transition. They were staunch supporters of the UAM, and have worked tirelessly in the struggle for the liberation of our people. They will be sorely missed. ============================================================================== The Freedom Party appreciates the support you have given to the struggle to get the word out about our candidates, Michael K. Greys and Michael K. Lloyd, and is again asking for your help in the home stretch to the election! Both candidates will be speaking at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn on Monday (10/28) at 7pm. Campaign literature can be distributed before, during and after the event. Medgar Evers College is located at 1637 Bedford Avenue. You can take the Train: #2,3,4, or #5 to Franklin Avenue. Walk east one block to Bedford Avenue and then 2 blocks south to Crown Street. The candidates have a speaking engagement on Tuesday (10/29) at a NAACP gathering in Staten Island. We will travel as a group to Staten Island to visit several communities and to distribute campaign literature. We would like those who can join us, to arrive at the Freedom Party office at 3pm. On Wednesday (10/30) at 7pm, the Freedom Party candidates along with others, will be attending a forum to discuss Housing Issues at the Kennedy Center in Harlem at 135th Street and Malcolm X Blvd. Campaign literature can be distributed before, during and after the event.
