#FromTheStoriesOfAbuBakarASiddiq: The more I read about the Sahabah, the more I fall in love with Islam. They were great men, but Islam made them that way. Our role models should be the Sahabah forget all these celebrities. We should adopt the characteristics of the Sahabahs The average person will be completely forgotten 20 years after his/her demise. But their legacy is 1400 years and counting... Every nation of a prophet has its elite of his companions. The elite of my companions are Abu Bakr and Umar. -Prophet (Sallallahu alayh wa sallam) If I were to take a friend other than my Lord, I would take Abu Bakr as a friend. (Hadith) Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه real name was Abdullah ibn Abi Quhafa Abu Bakr accompanied the Prophet ﷺ in a cave, Now hes buried next to his grave. ❤️ Abu Bakr RA was approximately two and half years younger than Prophet Sallallahu alaiyh wa sallam Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (RA) died at the age of 63 and may Allahs pleasue be upon Him. Ameen Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه was the epitome of friendship and selfless love after the Prophets (peace be upon them). Subhanallah, the love Abu Bakr had, a snake bit his foot & he didnt scream, in case it disturbed his Beloveds ﷺ sleep Even when the days became black, Abu Bakr had the Prophets ﷺ back. After donating all his wealth he was asked What did you leave for your family? He replied, Allah and His Prophet. Ali [رع] used to say, The best one among the Muslims after their Prophet [ﷺ] is Abu Bakr then Umar. > [Abu Dawud, 5/4629] Sa’id al-Khudri RA: Abu Bakr was the most knowledgable of us. [Saheh Bukhaari/ Muslim] Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said Abu Bakr and `Umar are the leaders of the mature inhabitants of Paradise. Umar Ibn Al-Khattab [رع]: “If the Imaan of Abu Bakr [رع] was weighed against the Imaan of the people of the earth, the Imaan of Abu Bakr [رع] would outweigh them. > [Shuab al-Imaan of al-Bayhaqi (1/18)] May We come across a friend who has traits like Abu Bakr & May we strive to become a great friend just like him, Bi idhinlllah❤️ His great personality and service to Islam and Muslims earned him the love and respect of all Muslims. Abu Bakr As-Siddque. The man who threatened to wage war against those who attempted to escape paying Zakah He (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: ‘If you don’t find me then go to Abu Bakr.’ [Saheh Bukhaaree/Muslim] All the gates of Jannah will call that honored name, Abubakr al-Sideeq No one was able to outdo Abu Bakr(RA) in the field of service to Islam. Son, if I had you only once under my sword, you would have been no more.” He was so uncompromising in his faith. Abu Bakr As-Siddique [رع] The truthful When the Prophet ﷺ was ill, he ordered that Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه is the one who should lead the prayer I am a follower and not an innovator. If I remain steadfast, you should follow me and if I go astray, you must correct me. Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه caliphate was for 2 years Abu Bakr (RA) took part in all the battles that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had fought. Abu Bakr (RA) freed the Muslim slaves,who were barbarically tortured by their heartless Mushrik masters Every day after Fajr he would travel to a blind elderly persons house and clean her house and prepare her children.... (1) tend to her animals, she didnt even know who he was, who this man was, What this man did......... (2) all she knew that a man came and provided for her... (3 May Allāh grant you a friend like Abu Bakr, Amiin.
