Frustrated. For those of you who dont know. I have had a spinal injury. Not real bad but I have to learn how to walk again and for now the few steps I take are with a walker and some assistance of a therapist. So 99% of my mobility is in a power wheelchair. The insurance has denied me a power chair. Im going threw an appeal now. Then I get a bill from the med suplier for the walker that has also been denied. Now I get to go appeal this denial. To top it today my in home nurse tells me that some of my necessary med supplies will have to be washed and reused and limiting to one a day. I have not struggled with depression or any other mental challenges that are typical for my situation. I am now understanding first hand of the selfishness of the medical insurance. The one thing I have not done is give up otherwise I would most likely not be able to do what Im accomplishing. I have had more support from my family and friends and cannot thank you and God enough for my wellbeing and for all the prayers. I have just been frustrated beyond the bullshit red tape and string pulling. There I vented. ; )
