Full body today today & I set myself the target of hitting 100kg Deadlifts. Whats the point in training if you dont push yourself and set targets to hit each week! After a lot of confusion regarding the weight of the bar, to my disappointment the total weight was only 90kg after my first set with perfect form! Feeling cheated, my determination then had to add an extra 10kg to the bar to make it 100kg, so here is my first attempt at deadlifting 100kg, I managed 4 sets of 6 reps I also know that this video will piss a few people off Its stupid posting videos of your training on Facebook supposedly! All I can say is, at least I practice what I preach and set standards for my clients!
