Full week on chantix the first week they start you out on half a mg the first three days you take one pill in the morning the remainder you take a half mg in the am and the other half in the pm equals 1.mg week two starting today I take 1.mg in the am and 1.mg at night at total of 2.mg daily. The pill is very very small very eat too swallow I normally smoke (honestly) a half a pack a day (Depending On my Stress) the past three days Ive been smoking two cigs a day and normally when I wake up I smoke I actually woke up today and didnt smoke in the morning debating if I even wanna smoke or is my mind playing tricks..either way I gotta stay calm Ive notice excitement creates an urge for me too smoke as well as liquor .. All in all the method is working just gotta stay away from triggers
