Fun Fitness Facts Friday: 1. The more muscle you have the more energy your body uses at rest. So, adding some muscle to your body will help shed some body fat. 2. You can lose fat but still gain muscle, so you can gain weight but lose fat. Scales that measure body composition are much better than regular bathroom scales that just weigh body mass. How your clothes fit is the best measure! 3. People who exercise outdoors burn more fat than those training inside. Yay for my clients!! 4.
