Functional and meaningful Ward committees are key to any citys civic health. Most of the problems we are facing in Bangalore today are due to the decisions taken by the govt with out consulting the local people, on what is needed in their locality. We can Win Bangalore Back, only if we have a say in what needs to be done in our wards. We need strong ward committees. The 74th Constitutional amendment act provides us this right.
